Forum Gives Facebook Group Admins AI Moderation And Shared Planning Tools
Meta added AI moderation, post drafting, shared calendars and pinned comments to its Forum app for Facebook Group administrators.
What happened
Forum now uses admin AI to assess pending posts against group rules, suggest actions and draft posts for review. A more flexible Admin Assist lets administrators create automated moderation rules using conditions such as post length, links and prior actions. Admin teams also get a shared content calendar, while admins can pin comments and schedule up to five AI-assisted posts at once.
Why it matters
The tools reduce routine moderation and coordination work for Facebook Group administrators, giving them more control over automated decisions and community publishing.
