Gemini Adds Apps for Projects, Design and Workouts
Google is rolling out Connected Apps that let Gemini users access productivity, creative and lifestyle tools within chats.
What happened
Google said a new wave of Connected Apps is beginning to roll out in Gemini. Users can connect Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc, Wispr AI and Zoho for productivity tasks; Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace and Webflow for creative work; and apartments.com, Experian, Peloton and SeatGeek for lifestyle services. Google said the integrations are designed to reduce switching between tabs. Users can connect apps through Gemini settings, type an @ mention in a chat, or ask Gemini directly.
Why it matters
The rollout puts project management, database organisation, creative production, apartment searches, credit monitoring, workouts and ticket discovery inside Gemini, reducing the need to move between separate apps for these tasks.
