Google’s CC Organizes Shared Family Schedules, Tasks and Logistics
Google Labs launched CC, an experimental AI agent that helps U.S. households coordinate calendars, tasks and everyday logistics.
What happened
Google Labs is launching CC, an experimental AI agent for households in the U.S. Adults with personal Google accounts can invite up to six members to share selected information with CC. The agent creates a shared daily “Your Day Ahead” brief, adds relevant events and tasks to Google Calendar and Tasks, and can help with meal plans, shopping lists, permission slips and activity registration forms. CC has its own verified Google Account and responds only to group members. Each member controls what CC can access and can revoke sharing. CC connects with Gmail, Chat, Docs and Calendar, and runs on Google’s agentic harness, Antigravity, with Gemini models.
Why it matters
CC centralizes household information that may otherwise sit across separate inboxes and accounts. Its permissions model also gives each member control over shared data, while the agent can complete selected administrative tasks with permission.
