Law Department Holds Quiz on Cleanliness and Sustainable Resource Management
India’s Law Department organised a workplace quiz promoting cleanliness, sustainability and responsible management of waste and water resources.
What happened
The Department of Legal Affairs, under the Ministry of Law and Justice, held the quiz on September 30, 2026, at Kartavya Bhawan-2 in New Delhi. Organised under Special Campaign 6 and Swachhata Hi Seva 2026, it tested officials’ and employees’ knowledge of cleanliness, environmental sustainability, waste management and responsible water use.
Why it matters
The initiative is intended to strengthen awareness, participation and personal responsibility for environmentally conscious practices at workplaces and in communities.
