What happened
The Department of Pharmaceuticals joined the nationwide Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign, running from September 17 to October 2. Secretary Manoj Joshi led senior officials and employees in a one-hour voluntary clean-up near Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi, after administering a cleanliness oath. He also planted a sapling and joined a public-awareness signature campaign.
