Meta expands Muse with business-tool connectors designed to help small businesses complete tasks with owner approval.
What happened
Meta launched Muse for Small Business, expanding its personal AI agent with connectors for tools including Shopify, QuickBooks, Canva, Slack, Stripe and Zoom. Businesses can also link Facebook and Instagram accounts, allowing Muse to understand their operations, brand and customer questions. Nothing publishes, sends or spends without the owner’s approval. Muse is free for most needs, with paid subscription plans available.
