AIIMS Delhi Completes Cleanliness Drive, Extends E-Waste Campaign
The All India Institute of Ayurveda completed its cleanliness campaign while continuing a dedicated e-waste drive through October 31.
What happened
The All India Institute of Ayurveda in New Delhi concluded its Cleanliness Is Service 2026 campaign on October 2 after two weeks of sanitation, waste-segregation and environmental-awareness activities. The institute said Special Campaign 6.0, focused on effective collection, segregation and disposal of e-waste, will continue until October 31, 2026.
Why it matters
The campaign addresses waste-management practices across the institute, including awareness on segregation, composting, recycling and avoiding single-use plastic among patients, staff and researchers.
